XFa focused on development in audio and video related technology application.

In audio area, XFa, in cooperation with AKM in Japan, designed and developed professional DSP module and car DSP box for before and after market.

At same time, XFa designed specific DSP box for TOYOTA and HONDA.

In video area, based on car digital TV development, XFa launched car multimedia TV player with DVR and portable mini TV with DAB+ radio. In the end of year, in order to establish automated manufacturing system, XFa moved to current location in Guangming district. 

With many years of industry experience and technical accumulation in the field of audio applications, XFa designed first AM/FM and DSP integrated audio module for before market. Same year, TOYOTA DSP, HONDA DSP for specific cars were launched in the market.

In the design, different algorithms and noise reduction technology were adopted to improve the sound effect and quality.

Meanwhile, XFa designed car DAB+ module and launched it to Europe market. 

XFa obtained the national high-tech enterprise certification. Same year, XFa designed the first domestic car high-speed mobile TV module with DTMB TV standard based on the global digital TV trend. Then developed other models with DVB-T/DVB-T2/ISDB-T/ATSC TV standard. Since then, XFa finshed the breakthrough in car video areas. Products sell hot in Japan, Brazil, Iran and most market of Europe. 

XFa invested USD 2 millon to bringing 3 JUKI SMT Lines, Janpanese advanced single panel reflow soldering process and related professional test equipments to achieve higher quality target. XFa is certified with TUV, ISO TS16949 standard and kept optimizing R&D and Quality Control system. In same year, XFa brought ST's semi-conductor chipset TDA7540 into development. Car FM/AM tuner achieved the upgrade from analog radio effect to digital radio effect. Meanwhile, XFa started the cooperation journey with NXP on car FM/AM tuner. In the end of 2011, total car AM/FM annual sales quantity got 400,000PCS. At same time, XFa stepped into the cooperation with more famous enterprise like SANY, DESAY SV AUTOMOTIVE etc. and becoming main audio module supplier on before & after market. 

XFa was established at Baoli Road #57, Buji Town, Longgang District, Shenzhen. XFa devoted itself into designing and developing car FM/AM tuner by applying SANYO LA1787 standard. In same year, XFa successfully released self-developed car FM/AM tuner to market and car FM/AM tuner series obtain approval from car audio manufacturers in domestic and overseas market. Since then, Mitsubishi and Lightstar's monopoly position was changed.
